Ashutosh is a Chartered Accountant and has also completed his Masters in Commerce from the University of Pune, where he ranked 2nd. He has worked in various capacities with corporates like CRISIL, Deloitte Haskins & Sells as well as HDFC Bank. He brings over 15 years of experience in then Financial Services Industry. He is Director and Promoter of NPS Associates Pvt. Ltd. He is also actively involved with CFA India Pune Chapter as a volunteer, in Rotary Club of Pune Kothrud as a member and as a Trustee of Dabake Trust, Pune.

Sayali is practicing as a lawyer since 2007 with ‘Avinash Ganu & Associates’ and has handled various legal issues in contracts- domestic and international, intellectual property rights, software and information technology, corporate, property laws – inheritance and succession planning, employment laws, media and entertainment sector, sports law sector. She has done external LL.M. in Business Laws from University of Pune as well as Master of Business Laws and Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore while gathering the necessary practical understanding in the field. She earned her third Master’s degree with special focus on ‘Media & Health Laws’ in First Class and was one of the top scorers in her class.
She has international collaborations in many verticals and is a member of international lawyers and legal organizations like “Women in Sports Law” and “Worldwide Independent Lawyers League”. She has presented her research work in the areas in many international conferences on “Law and Economics” in Greece, Italy, Poland, France, Thailand and India. She is member of ‘Indian Association of Law and Economics’ & participated in all its conferences – at IIT, Kanpur, IIM, Ahmedabad, GIPE, Pune and IIM, Bangalore.
